We have an 11,9,7 and 6 year old and all 4 children and my partner climbed the action walls and really enjoyed it. There are plenty of walls for them to climb on. The only thing I would say is that it took 15 mins to get the whole group kitted up and onto the walls, so they lost 15 mins of their climbing time. I feel this should be done prior to their session so they don't lose climbing time.
There is a small cafe and viewing area with is great for watching them all have fun climbing. The staff have always been helpful and friendly when we have visited.
Good for all ages.

We received excellent customer service from the onset with Steph explaining the whole process, Emma at the desk on arrival having everybody booked in and ready. To Tom and Joy who delivered a fab safety briefing keeping all the children engaged and safety aware and the young man (sorry I can't remember your name) in the cafe where nothing was too much trouble. I would strongly advise anyone going to do this before arrival. My only problem with this experience, was that by the time everyone taking part was kitted up, it was quarter past the hour, so only actually getting 45 mins of climbing. All the staff we cane across were helpful, professional and friendly, reception and cafe inc.
